Grand Gatherings
A Grand Gathering is a group of 8 or more staying at select Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. This means the more you gather, the more you can enjoy all kinds of special benefits, services and one-of-a-kind experiences we've created just for large parties like yours. We welcome kids of all ages, but only those age 3 and up are considered part of the guest count.
Once your group qualifies as a Grand Gathering, you can join other Grand Gathering parties for exclusive events called Grand Gathering Experiences.
Travel Planning Services
We are your Grand Gatherings Travel Planners to help you plan things right now and to keep everything going smoothly once you arrive. They can help with your hotels, tickets or dining, and arrange special products and services that will make your Grand Gatherings vacation an unforgettable experience. Grand Gatherings Services are available for qualifying parties.
Priority Dining & Dinner Shows
Our Grand Gatherings Travel Planners can help arrange your dining needs. From an intimate dinner for two to your entire party enjoying one of our dinner shows- there are dining options for all your tastes.
Tours & Other Activities
Want to catch a glimpse of how the magic works? Want to indulge in one of our spas? Special one-of-a-kind and behind-the-scenes Walt Disney World® tours or spa and recreation activities can be arranged for your Grand Gathering.
Photographic Services
A Professional Disney Photographer will meet your group at the Walt Disney World Theme Park or Resort of your choice to snap your group in several poses. The planner of your group will receive the session proofs in a bound proof book, including pricing and order forms for prints. These images will also be posted on a secure website, where prints can be purchased. Reservations required. Park admission not included.
